I called them to go to my parents house in San Carlos one time and they were super nice, got the job done, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. The other times I called them were for my house and an apartment I own. Always show up, never seem to disappoint and do a great job. Not to mention very clean (that always helps when dealing with plumbing issues!) Call these guy, got to be one of the best in the area

I had Mo out to take a look at a clean of the main sewer line. About 30' of the line was made of Orangeburg and had not been replaced from a 1950s install. Mo was able to come back the next day (for an all day job) with a crew of 6 to do a trenchless replacement of the section of pipe. This was a lot of work with digging deep holes in the front yard and under a concrete driveway to get to the two ends of the pipe that needed replacement. Mo and the crew were worked fast, explained what they were doing, minimized landscaping damage, patched the concrete in the driveway, and replaced and cleaned up everything when they were done. You could hardly even notice that they were there. The owner even stopped by the job site a couple of times to check on the work progress. The price was fair and the work was fast and high quality. I hope to never have to call them again, but if I need a plumber again, I will call Mo and Wizard Plumbing with no hesitation. Thanks for the great work.

We have used this service twice now. We will never call anyone else! "Our" plumber, Steve McAllister, is the absolute best. If you are interested in plumbing--and who isn't--Steve is your man. He knows everything. He crawled under my house on the first visit and responded to an emergency water heaters crisis on the second. For that event, I called about 10:30am and he was there by 11:30am! Can't beat that for service. Wizard is excellent. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Mo and his crew came today and took care of everything. He arrived exactly when he said he would and got right to work with his crew. I called Wizard Plumbing and Drain to add a gas line to my kitchen for my new gas range. They set me up for an appointment the very next day. Manny and Isaac arrived on time and immediately started their work, kept me informed throughout. While here I asked them to check out my gas log set for safety. Manny and Isaac also found and fixed 3 gas leaks. I am very pleased with their work as they went out of their way to take care of all these unknown issues. About 3 days later I discovered that the furnace in one of our rental apartments was not working, I called Manny to see if the problem could be related to their work. He reassured me that it could not be but he would have his crew out the next day to take care of the problem. Wizard has taken very good care of all issues and made my life so much easier. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. They answered the phone every time we called (even though we called them 3 times in 30 minute span to reschedule due to our work schedule changing due to shifts in work calls/meetings - very nice rep on the other end of the line, I believe her name was Tina) and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Jose and Mo were professional and clean - they even put on cotton shoe covers when they came into he house. After assessing the situation, they were luckily able to snake it out in 15min. I would give this company 10 stars if I could. They gave me a window of time because another plumber could not come sooner. Unfortunately that other plumber showed up the same time and I asked both of the companies to give me their opinions and pricing. Wizards was a bit more expensive but provided additional services, and his recommendations seemed more solid than the other plumber, so I gave Wizard the business. David was very polite, gave good recommendations, and gave me his opinion of why the other plumber's recommendations were not solid and I appreciated that. He was clean and professional and cleaned when he finished. I called the office to pay my bill and Maria spoke to her manager who was able to give me a more competitive pricing. I was over the roof and couldn't believe how generous they were - I will always use this company in the future. I'm planning to install a new toilet and David gave me recommendations and fair quote - more competitive than another plumber who requires me to go to Home Depot and purchase my own toilette. When I'm ready, I'm definitely using this company again. Totally customer service oriented!!!

Very professional company from beginning to end. The receptionist called to let me know the plumbers were running 15 minutes late which I appreciated. They are very polite, careful to review the situation, and asked several questions before providing a quote. They unclogged my kitchen and clothes washer drain and explained what they did. I asked them to tighten an allen screw in my shower faucet and the plumbers returned after leaving to come back and take care of my request (initially forgotten, but I was very impressed that they returned!) These plumbers are polite, responsible, clean, and reputable. I will definitely call Wizard again for my next plumbing issue.

Because they couldn't fix the dishwasher, which is stupidly old and needs to be replaced, and because I've been a customer for a few years now, they didn't charge me for the visit. Wow... they clearly are wizards. We called about a clogged kitchen sink and they were able to send someone within hours. Freddy and Francisco helped us unclog our kitchen sink in minutes. More than that, Freddy explained the situation very calmly and in a manner than we could understand -- and shared how we could avoid the issue moving forward. These guys exemplify what customer service really means. I called them because our water heater stopped working. Freddy looked at it and initially thought we'd have to replace the main control unit. Since that would be an expensive repair and would have taken several days to get the part, and he didn't want us to be without a water heater, he tried another trick where he sanded down a part where corrosion can cause the unit to stop working. That did the trick and he got it back up and running. Because it was (to him) a relatively quick fix he didn't charge me anything! The unit continues to work perfectly 5 months on. It's rare these days to find people who truly understand how to treat customers, but Freddy and Wizard get it! I can't recommend them more.

I want to thank Wizard Plumbing for sending out Johnny and Juan to help with fixing the shut off valve to the toilet. First of all, I was given a two hour window when they would be able to show up and I was pleasantly surprised that they showed up because most contractors or service providers rarely show up sometimes. Second, they put on shoe covers so that they would not leave tracks inside the house. As soon as I described the problem to Johnny, he knew right away what could possibly be wrong without even opening up the valve. Johnny then ask Juan to go to the truck and fetch the necessary tools and parts and shorty after this was fixed ! Juan cleaned up and wiped every thing down and you would not even notice that they were here except for the new replacement valve that was installed. They were very friendly, courteous, and professional, I would highly recommend Wizard Plumbing for plumbing services as they are really good and experienced!

I have finally found an honest & reliable plumber! Freddy came out today to check out our garbage disposal that suddenly stopped working & a bathroom sink that was somehow clogged with a metal knob. Upon discovering that we need to replace our garbage disposal, he suggested that I order it online or pick it up myself rather than buying it through them because my cost would be much lower. Also, although he spent over half an hour here checking out the disposal & unplugging the sink, he didn't charge me a penny--said to just schedule to have him back out next week to install the disposal & then I'll pay their standard labor rate. Wish I could add more stars!!!!! They are terrific!! We had to have a hot water heater replaced and it was a complicated, messy job. The first water heater did not fit, and they had to buy another one. Wizard Plumbing did not charge us for the first water heater. When they realized the difficulty, they added extra men for the job (no extra charge), and they snaked the kitchen drain for no extra charge. Then they called later that day to see how things were working (and asked how our sick puppy was doing!!). These guys were fabulous - did what they said (and more)!!!!! You will not be sorry!!!!
